I have started an art project called ‘Ripplescapes’: patterns that emerge when two layers of lines meet, like interfering waves or ripples in water.
I have drawn ripplescapes ever since I can remember – during classes, lectures or meetings. The drawings help me concentrate and process information. I like to think of them as keys to the way my brain is wired; unique neurological signatures.
Here’s a ripplescape on an orange background (acrylic paint and ink on canvas).
